Homeless Link Sign The Charter
Homeless Link, the national membership body for frontline homelessness organisations in England, played an initial role in informing its members in London about the Charter’s inception, which helped to form the working group that produced the principles of the Charter. David Eastwood from the GLA visited Homeless Link’s offices where Rick Henderson, CEO at Homeless Link, signed up.

“We know that ending rough sleeping is possible and there are numerous examples of good practice from our members that we can look to.”
“However, it is only in making it everyone’s concern and working side by side that we will be able to ensure that no one is forced to sleep on the streets.”
