“I was delighted to meet Kathy Mohan OBE and Bonnie Williams from Housing Justice, to sign the London Rough Sleeping Charter. The Charter was launched in December, following hard work by the ‘Life Off the Streets’ group. It is a public commitment for Londoners to work together to tackle rough sleeping, after the alarming rise in homelessness in the last six months.
